Obituary
Mrs. Alma Zete Hill Bailey, 92, of Village Dr., passed Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Hinkle Hospice House.
Funeral service will be Monday at 1:00 PM at Union Baptist Church with family visitation a half hour before the service. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
Public viewing will be Sunday from 1-6pm at Roberts Funeral Service.
She was born in Commerce, Georgia to Hoyt Eugene Hill and Ora Estelle Sanders Hill. She was a member of Union Baptist Church and retired from Lexington Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Dewey Hill and Arree Hill; two sisters, Girie Martin and Elnora Roberts.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, King Bailey of the home; three children, Estelle (John) Banks Witherspoon of Winston-Salem, James (Kathy) Banks and Hartman Banks both of Lexington; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Magalene Hill of Lexington and Mary Ann White of Cooleemee; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
