Andrea "Candy" Woodberry, 52, of Greensboro, NC, passed away on November 18, 2023. The family is deeply saddened by her passing. Andrea was raised in Lexington, NC where she attended Lexington City Schools and cosmetology school. She moved to Greensboro, NC in the mid 90's where she raised two amazing children and continued to work hard and established herself in the hair industry.


Andrea was a small business owner. She has owned and operated Styles by Candy for over 25 years. Doing hair was her life's work. Andrea poured her heart into her craft and it showed with each and every client as she always "gave the people what they wanted."


Andrea was affectionately known as Candy or Aunt Candy. She will forever be missed but will always continue to spread the love she has never fallen short of showing us each and every time we have encountered her.


She is preceded in death by her father, Willis Woodberry and her brother, Rodney Woodberry.


She leaves behind her mother Peggy Millen; a son, Antonio Thomas; a daughter, LaToia Thomas; brothers and sisters: Willis, Sandra (Michael), Letisa, William (Trudy), Michael and Marcus (Gwen); step brothers & sister: Shawn, Julis, James and Suzette and a host of nieces and nephews, uncles and aunts, cousins and friends.
