Andrew Eugene Spann was born December 31, 1974, in Chester, South Carolina to Julia Spann Tabb. He passed away on August 5, 2023.

He was spoiled by all of his aunties and especially his mother, Julia. Andrew and his mother Julia, moved to Charlotte, NC in the 1980's. He was very gifted musician like his mother. He was gifted in playing the piano and singing. He was very active in leading the Children choir at Friendship Baptist Church, Chester, South Carolina.

He also studied music at Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte, NC. Andrew was employed in many occupations and also owned a deli in Atlanta, GA for a period of time. He was a Bail Bondsman in Charlotte and he was employed as a Service Technician with On-Star Charlotte.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Vandoster L. Tabb, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Julia Spann Tabb; a nephew, Vandoster L. Tabb, III of Charlotte; two aunts, Edith S. Bowen of Raleigh and Ella Mae Spann of Chester, SC and host of many cousins and friends.
