Annie Sue W. Clark, 82, of Ulysses St., died Monday, June 25, 2018 at her residence.

She was born to Harlin W. Whitehead, Sr. and Sallie F. Johnson Whitehead in Madison County, Georgia on January 20, 1936. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Village Dr. and served on the Deaconess Board.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Cornell Clark and her siblings.

She leaves to cherish her memories her niece, Cynthia D. Kelley, who lived in the home to care for her; siblings, Harlin W. Whitehead (Vanessa), Margaret A. Kelley, Jesse Whitehead, SJ Whitehead and Albert Whitehead, Sr. (Catherine); Godchildren and grands, Howard, Tara, Keagan and Siencyn; a devoted niece & nephew, Raymond & Dot Young; neighborhood children, Lynn Hoover and Vanessa Henderson and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be Saturday at 1:00pm at First Baptist Church, Village Dr. with family visitation at 12:30pm. Burial will be Monday at 10:00am at Salisbury National Cemetery.
