Arnora Delores Harris, 77, found peace at the close of day and slipped into eternal rest on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Trellis Supportive Care (Kate B. Reynolds Hospice). She was born on September 20, 1944 to the late Fred and Gladys Harris in Forsyth County, NC.

She received her formal education from the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Public Schools.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Gladys Carrigan Harris, Sr.; a sister, Tecola Harris; three brothers: Fred Harris, Jr., DeWallace Harris, Willie Hoback; and aunts, Daisy (Irvin) Hines and Margaret Sauners.

Left to cherish her memory are her brother, William Harris; nieces, Terrine Harris and Tracey Richardson (Todd); nephew, William Nathan Harris; grandnieces, Felicia Harris and Savannah Richardson; grandnephews: Fredrick, DeWallce, Richard, Khari and Nathan Harris, Brandon, Bryan and Braxton Richardson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Homegoing services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Roberts Funeral Service Chapel (Winston-Salem). A public viewing will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 2:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Facial coverings and/or masks are required for the services.
