Barbara Ann Smith Leak, 57, passed away at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Friday, December 30, 2016.

The funeral service will be held Monday at 1:30 at Files Chapel Baptist Church with family visitation thirty minutes prior to the service.

Public viewing will be Friday from 1:00–7:00p.m. at Roberts Funeral Service.

She was born November 23, 1959 to Harvey McNeair and Martha Smith McNeair. She was last employed at J. Smith Young YMCA. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Felica Smith and a sister, Stephanie Wagner.

She will leave to forever cherish her memory her husband, Henry Leak; her parents, Martha McNeair and Harvey (Juanita) McNeair; six children: Steven McNeair, Telia McNeair, Octavia Leak, Obrian Leak, Felica Archie and Kasyiah Dalton; four grandchildren; four brothers: Jeffery McNeair, Harvey McNeair, Jr., Charles McNeair and Terry McNeair; four sisters: Sandra McNeair, Bisceglia (Mark) Ellis, Cynthia Baldwin and Tana Cade and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
