Bernice Royal, 73, died Friday, July 12, 2019 at Hinkle Hospice House.

Funeral service will be Tuesday at 2:00 pm at Roberts Funeral Service Chapel with family visitation at 1:30 pm.Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery.

She was born on March 6, 1946 in Richmond, Virginia to Zellie Royal and Addie Tate Royal Jackson.She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Luther Royal and two sisters, Peggy R. Johnson and Jerrylene Royal.

She leaves to cherish her memory a son, Rashad Royal, two sisters, Mary and Vivian Royal; a cousin raised as a sister, Ella Mae Moore; her stepfather, Kent Jackson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
