Mrs. Betty Ann Powell Faulcon, 72, of Reidsville, passed Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Moses Cone Hospital.

Funeral service will be Sunday at 2:30pm at First Baptist Church in Reidsville with family visitation a half hour before the service.

Public viewing will be Saturday from 1-6pm at Roberts Funeral Service of Winston-Salem.

She was born September 21, 1942 to Charles E. and Myrtice Smalley Powell.She was a member of First Baptist Church where she served on numerous boards and committees.She was a retired teacher from the Rockingham County School System.She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Connie P. Davis.

Mrs. Faulcon leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Linwood Faulcon; two daughters, Pamela L. Faulcon and Felicia F. (Javon) Cooper; one granddaughter, Lauryn S. Cooper;four sisters, Margaret P. Smith, Dorothy P. Bodine, Eleanor P. Wilson and Katrina P. (Robert) Craven; one brother, L. Charles (Esther) Powell; one brother-in-law Garland Davis, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
