Mrs. Bobbie Darlene L. York, 58, of Fairview Dr., passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

She was born in Guilford County on July 25, 1959 to Bobby York and Beatrice Leach. She was a member of Files Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Darlene leaves to cherish her memory her children, Charles A. Leach and Na'kima N. York; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Samuel Blocker and Christopher Reid; a sister, Octavia Hill; a devoted friend, Dewayne Hargrave and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral service will be Tuesday at Files Chapel Baptist Church at 1:00pm with family visitation at 12:00 Noon. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery.
