On May 12, 2018 Brenda Bohannon Enoch transitioned from this life into her eternal resting place at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.Brenda was one of six siblings born to the late General and Ila Springs Bohannon on July 4, 1946 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

She matriculated through the local Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools.Brenda resided in New York City for more than 35 years.During her spiritual journey she was of the Baptist faith.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents; four siblings; and very recently by her husband, Joseph Enoch of New York City.

She leaves to mourn her passing her only daughter, Patrice Sheff and son-in-law Richard who were very devoted and caring of Lewisville, NC; three grandchildren: Richard (Kristine) Sheff, III of Charlotte, NC, LaSheka (James) Tyler of Winston-Salem, NC and Mandee Sheff of Charlotte, NC; five great grandchildren; one sister who was very devoted to her, Elnora B. Mumford of the city, one special niece Latreva Mumford of New York City; three nephews: Christopher, Vincent(Monique) of Winston-Salem and Andre (Mechelle) of Rural Hall, NC; four great nieces; three sister-in-laws and other relatives and friends.

The Homegoing Celebration will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2018 from the chapel of Roberts Funeral Service (Winston-Salem). Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery.The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, 876 Ridge Gate Drive, Lewisville, NC 27023.
