Rev. Brunner Clifton Gaddy, 89, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 10, 2023. He was born May 13, 1934 in Wadesboro to Rev. Lester Gaddy and Everlener Howard Gaddy.

Rev. Gaddy was a member of Long Pine Baptist Church. He retired from Brooks Printing; he loved the Lord and spread the Good News of the Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandchild, Elijah M. Gaddy; eight brothers: Armon Gaddy, William Gaddy, Lanston Gaddy, Benjamin Gaddy, Willie Gaddy, Wilbert Gaddy, Lester Gaddy and Clayton Gaddy and a sister, Mamie Cash.

He leaves to cherish his memory three sons: Bernard (Brenda) Gaddy of Washington, DC, Anthony (Cindy) Gaddy of Pageland, SC and Allen (Jennifer) Gaddy of Thomasville, NC; two daughters, Melinda Gaddy of Gaithersburg, MD and Angela (Mark) Easton of Waldorf, Maryland; 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild; four sisters: Evelyn Lockman of Wilmington, Del., Julia (BJ) Wall of Lexington, NC, Shirley (Bobby) Bittle Cheraw, SC and Elizabeth Gaddy of Wilmington, Del. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Homegoing service will be Thursday at 1:00pm at Roberts Funeral Service with family visitation at 12:30pm. Burial will follow in Long Pine Cemetery in Peachland, NC. Public viewing will be Wednesday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at Roberts Funeral Service.
