Cameron De'Mon Napper, 19, was called home on November 3, 2025. Born with a vibrant and joyful spirit, Cameron was a beloved son, brother, father, and friend whose presence lit up every room he entered. He attended Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools and proudly earned his high school diploma in 2023.
Cameron had a deep and genuine love for sports, and his passion for life shone just as brightly through his love of music. Known for his goofy, funny, and endlessly playful nature, he was truly the life of every gathering-a master of jokes, pranks, and unforgettable moments. He adored the women in his life and embraced fatherhood with immense pride, cherishing every moment with his beloved son, Novah De'Mon Mason Napper. To his family and friends, Cameron was a source of joy, loyalty, and warmth; his love for them could be felt in all he did.
Cameron leaves to honor and cherish his memory: his precious son, Novah De'Mon Mason Napper; his father, Cameron Napper, Sr.; his mother, Shacara McDaniel; his brothers, Jaylin Napper and Artel Napper; his sisters, Ca'Niya Napper Williams and Audemayer Napper Williams; his paternal grandfather, Glen Brown; his maternal grandmothers, Laverne Napper Edwards and Tara McDaniel; and his great-grandmother, Lillie McDaniel. He is also lovingly remembered by his aunt, Tyria McDaniel; his uncles, Kurshi McDaniel, Imiere McDaniel, Fondae McDaniel, and his special uncle, Jonathan Napper. Cameron leaves behind a host of extended family members and friends who loved him deeply.
Cameron's memory will forever be carried in the hearts of all who knew him. He was a bright light-full of laughter, energy, and love-and his absence will be felt profoundly. May his spirit continue to shine through the lives he touched.
