Carolyn "Sis" Cline, 63, of Linwood, made her journey to her eternal home on November 25, 2022 at 11:48 am after a short battle with cancer.


Sis was born May 15, 1959 in Iager, WV to the late Don and Tressie Kenneda.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Tressie Kenneda; brothers, Don and Keith, sisters, Jacqueline and Darlene; mother-in-laws and father-in-law, Bert and Athalene Cline and sisters-in-law, Judy and Addie.


Surviving is the love of her life of 46 years, Ernest (Hunk). Although they faced many trials and tribulations, they shared a love like most of us only dream. Also surviving are four children: Melissa Ann Cline and husband Ralph, Ernest Lee Cline, Gentry Bert Cline and fiancé Stephanie and Samantha Jolene Cline and fiancé Shane; 21 grandchildren: Josh, William, Kimberly, Coty, Jasmine, Jaden, Shane, Dalton, Landon, Madison, Landon, Carter, Shawn, Justin, Keith, Jackie, Hunter, Caitlyn, Makinzic, Madison and Jordan; 3 great grandchildren, Carson, Peyton and Bonnie, all of Lexington; two sisters, Nadean (Eddie) Dean of Oceana, WV and Dee Hatfield of Oceana, WV; and two brothers, Timothy Kenneda of Kopperston, WV and Kevin Kenneda of Oceana, WV.


Carol was one kind soul; she was the kindest, sweetest person with whom you would ever cross paths. Her laugh was one of a kind and was sure to brighten anyone's day; never heard a harsh word come out of her mouth. Everyone she met she welcomed with open arms and loved like you were her own. Her grand babies were her whole world. She enjoyed spending as much time as she could with her family. She loved crafting, family dinners, music, dancing and she was the life of the party.. She loved the Christmas holidays and was a true representation of the real meaning of Christmas.


Although we are all heart-broken and miss her dearly, we have peace knowing she's watching over us with loved ones that have gone on before. Just know we love and miss you and you will forever live in our hearts!
