Our Heavenly Father, maker of all, called Cheryl Irene Medley from labor to rest, Monday, October 30, 2023. Cheryl was born November 21, 1964, in Davidson County, North Carolina, and was the daughter of Coy Watkins Medley and Shirley Ann Boger Medley. Cheryl was loving, kind and always brightened our days. Gone from our home, but never from our heart, she will be remembered for her tender heart, big smile and generous spirit.

Resting in the palm of God's Hand, Cheryl has made it home and has joined her parents and other family members in a place where the woes of the world are no more, and every day is like Sunday.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her five brothers: Coy A. Medley and wife, Michelle, Gary Medley, Ernest Medley and his wife, Bakinna, Michael Medley and his wife, Tanya, and Martin Medley and wife, Tarra; two sisters, Angela Medley-Lattimore and husband, Ricky and Dontressa Medley; an uncle, Dexter Boger and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be Sunday at Lexington Deliverance Tabernacle at 2:00pm with family visitation at 1:30pm. Burial will follow at South Lexington City Cemetery.
