Chiquita T. Delapp, 47, of Midway community, died on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center.

The funeral service will be on Tuesday at 3:00pm at Gates of Zion Worship Center with family visitation a half hour before the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Public viewing will be Monday from 1-7pm at Roberts Funeral Service, Lexington.

She was born on January 11, 1969 in Forsyth County to Curtis Leonard and Reva Delapp Leonard. She was a member of Gates of Zion Worship Center.

She leaves to cherish her memory her parents; a son, Quadarius J. Leonard and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
