Mrs. Cora Mclenda Owens, 71, of Cotton Grove Rd. died Monday, May 11, 2020 at Accordius Health at Lexington.

Graveside service will be Saturday at New Jersey AME Zion Church Cemetery.Public viewing will be Friday from 1:00pm -5:00pm at Roberts Funeral Service.

She was born on March 17, 1949 to Robert Obie Owens and Cora Lee Simmons Owens in Davidson County.She was a member of New Jersey AME Zion Church.She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Drusilla Stephens.

She is survived by her son, Steven Owens; two brothers, Robert Owens and Charles Owens; a granddaughter, Ashaunti Owens and a host of family and friends.
