Cornelia Ann Holly White, 55, of East 27th St., passed on October 11, 2015.

She was born September 6, 1960, to the union of Thomas A. Holly, Sr. and Lillie M. Short Holly in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Funeral service will be Sunday, October 18, 2015, at Roberts Funeral Service Chapel at 1 p.m., with family visitation a half hour prior to service. Viewing will be Saturday from 1 p.m.-7 p.m.at the funeral home.

She was a graduate of the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School System and was a member of Union Chapel Baptist Church. She was employed as a cashier at a local grocery store until her health began to fail.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving mother, Lillie M. Short Holly; son, Joshua J. Carter; five brothers: Farndill (Gwendolyn) Holly, Thomas (Willie) Holly, Timothy (Priscilla) Holly, Carlton Holly and Anthony Holly; three grandchildren: Shelyah Williams, Joshulin and Joshere Bynum; other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas A. Holly, Sr. and son Quinton Holly.
