Derick Mouzon Green, 63 of Winston Salem, North Carolina passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at his home. He was born on April 24, 1960 to the late Irwin Mouzon Green and Adrienne Barnes Green in Brooklyn, New York.

Funeral services celebrating his life will be held 12:00 P.M. Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Greater Faith Missionary Baptist Church with visitation at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Dobbins Height Cemetery in Hamlet, North Carolina. Public viewing and wake service will be held Friday, August 25, 2023 from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the church.
