Donald Lovall "Donnie" Smith, age 65, the son of Alfred James Tuttle and Kay Smith Tuttle went home to be with the Lord Tuesday July 30, 2019.

Donnie was a member of Brooks Temple United Methodist Church and a member of the N.O.W. Club.Donnie was preceded in death by his father, Alfred James Tuttle; a brother, Cecil Allen Tuttle; two sisters, Janice Kay Peoples and Robin T. Lindsay; a niece, Natasha Tuttle and a brother-in-law, Baxter A. Lindsay, Sr.

Those left to cherish loving memories are his mother, Kay Smith Tuttle of Midway; three daughters: Shanta Nicole Debose of Lexington, Yolanda "Tootsie" Terry of High Point and LeTitha "Kiki" Terry of Winston-Salem; a son, Dwight "Jr" Terry of Midway; a very special companion and fiance for many years, Mary Sue Harris of Lexington; his sister, Gail Glenn of Midway; two brothers, Nathan (Paula) Tuttle of Midway andThomas Vincent Tuttle of Winston-Salem; a sister-in-law, Tammy Tuttle of Clemmons; three step children: Virgil Black, Carolis Hopkins and Japonica Hopkins; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be Sunday at Brooks Temple United Methodist Church at 2:30pm with family visitation at 2:00pm.Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing will be Saturday from 1:00-6:00pm.
