Obituary
Douglas Kim Burkhart, 64, of Giles Rd., passed away on Friday, May 13. 2022.
He was born in Davidson County to the late Billy Joe Burkhart and Julia Callahan Burkhart on October 7, 1957. Douglas was a member of Rolling Heights Baptist Church and served as a Trustee.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Donna Smith Burkhart; a daughter, Amy (Steven) James; a granddaughter, Lillian James; three brothers: Mike (Malanie) Burkhart, Kim (Tammy) Burkhart and Nicky (Deborah) Burkhart and a host of other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be Tuesday at Forest Hill Memorial Park at 2:00pm.
