Earl Junior Foust was born September 18, 1929 in Guilford County. He was born to William Foust and Othelle Simpson Foust. We wish we could unwind the clock or make it turn slow; we could have hugged him one more time before he had to go. He has journeyed to another land where every day is like Sunday and the clouds have gone away.

He served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He retired from Thomasville Furniture Industries Plant V.

Monday, October 16, 2023, Earl transitioned to eternal rest. His parents and his wife, Ada Thomas Foust; a grandchild, Chaz Leak; a great-grandchild, Kori Angelica Leak; a brother, William "Pete" Foust and one sister,  Mary Goggins, preceded him in death.

Earl's memory will live forever in the hearts of his four daughters: Pamela (Harvey) Tuttle, Cathy Leak, Karen Foust and Kimberly Foust Kennedy; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; a sister, Vivian Morrison and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
