Eddie Ray Henderson, 66, of Lexington, North Carolina, died peacefully on Sunday, April 9th 2023. He was born on July 19, 1956 to Martha Christine and John Henderson, Jr.

As a young man, Eddie attended First Baptist Church, Village Drive. He was a 1974 graduate of Lexington Senior High School. He loved detailing cars and worked for Coy Hedrick Motors.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Henderson and three brothers: William, Lester and Stanley Henderson.

He leaves to cherish his memory two brothers, John (Verna) Henderson, III of Apex, NC and Bobby (Bonnie) Henderson of Welcome, NC; two sisters-in-law, Elizabeth "Sue" Henderson of Lexington, NC and Fannie Henderson of Winston-Salem, NC; two aunts, Elizabeth Henderson and Louise Owens both of Lexington and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Per Eddie's request a memorial service will be held Saturday at First Baptist Church, Village Dr. at 3:30 with family visitation at 3:00pm.
