Eric Reggie Cannady, 51, of Reynolda Road, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023 at his residence. He was born on June 15, 1971 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Isaiah Cannady, Sr. and Esther Manning Cannady.

Eric, affectionately known as "Reggie," received his formal education from the local schools. Reggie was an awesome cook and was employed with Ryan's Restaurant as a Chef. In his leisure time, he enjoyed being with his children, friends and family. Reggie loved sports but especially football and watching TV.

In addition to his parents, his brother, Isaiah Cannady, Jr. preceded him in death.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his children: Quintin, Davone, Amanda, Eric, Kashyma, Isaiah, Jayla Lynn and Eric Reggie, Jr.; grandchildren, Scarlett and Violet; his siblings: Claudette Cannady, Bernard Cannady, Anthony Cannady, Bernadette McClanahan, Bonita Taylor; his precious Lucy; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

A public visitation will be held on Sunday, May 28, 2023 from 2:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
