Today we bow in humble submission to thank God for blessing us with your daughter, Frances Belinda Dewalt Rios, affectionately known as 'Belinda", who was born on March 3, 1986 in Forsyth County, North Carolina to the Louise Dewalt and Gordon L. Gaither. On Monday, July 12, 2021, Belinda gave up time for Eternity and journeyed home to be with our Lord and Savior.

Belinda received her formal education in the Davie County public schools system. She later went to receive her certification in Cosmetology.She was employed with the McDonalds in Salisbury, North Carolina for many years and she was the owner of Body Styles in East Spencer, North Carolina where anything you could think of fashionably she was able to provide it for you. Reading, sewing, exercising, cooking and spending time with family and friendswere favorites pastimes for Belinda.

She was preceded in death by her only daughter, Jamya; sister, Evelyn L. Dewalt, and brother, Derrick D. Dewalt.

Those who survive and mourn the loss, love and the fond memory of Belinda are, her husband, Elvin Rios, East Spencer, North Carolina;brothers: Rodney Dewalt, Kernsville, North Carolina, Mickey Dewalt, Mocksville, North Carolina, Kevin (Tierra) Dewalt, Statesville, North Carolina, and Rocky Dewalt, Mocksville, North Carolina; sister-in-law, Mary Marie Rios, Dominican Republic; two aunts, Edith Harris and Mona Lisa Dewalt; four uncles, Floyd Dewalt, Kent Dewalt, and Donnell Dewalt, and Willie Dewalt; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing for Frances Dewalt Rios and Jamya Marie Rios will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Roberts Chapel.

The funeral Service will be held privately.
