Fred Lee Burns, Sr., 73, of Domino Dr., passed on Monday, June 12, 2017, at his residence.

The funeral service will be Monday at Files Chapel Baptist Church at 2:00p.m. with family visitation at 1:30pm.Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery.

Public viewing will be Sunday from 1-7:00pm at Roberts Funeral Service.

Fred was born in Lincolnton, Ga to Jim and Mary C. Hearst Burn.He was a member of Files Chapel Baptist Church.He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Henrietta Johnson Burns; his brothers, Willie and Clifford Burns, Sr. and his sisters, Carmilla Carr and Betsie M. Bobo.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Fred Lee Burns, Jr.; his daughters: Jackie Morrison,Edna "Ree" (Calvin) Johnson, Sandra Burns and Kathy Burns; 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
