He had a gift for bringing joy to others and will be remembered for his humor, kindness and unforgettable conversations.

On August 28, 1982, Frederick was united in marriage to Saundra M. Hargrave. Together, they were blessed with four sons. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
