Mrs. Georgia Saunders Littlejohn was born February 14, 1937 in Davidson County to Lewis Franklin Saunders, Sr. and Addie Catherine Harris Saunders. On Wednesday evening, June 8, 2022 God dispatched His angels to bring his beloved child back home to rest.

She was a member of Life In the Word Worship Center. She retired from Dixie Furniture Plant 1. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Linda S. Scott; three brothers: Louis F. Saunders, Jr., William T. Saunders, Sr and Robert L. Saunders and a sister, Mollie S. Crook.

She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved children: Myra Henderson, Torona (Jeffery) Jones-Wilkerson, Sandra Littlejohn, Shelia Henderson and Fred (Marilu) Littlejohn, Jr.; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; a sister, Naomi Raines; a son-in-law, Pastor Eddie Scott; two sisters-in-law, Cora Saunders and Becky Saunders David and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 12 Noon at High Rock Church with family visitation at 11:30am. Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery. Public viewing will be Friday from 1:00pm-6:00pm at Roberts Funeral Service.
