Georgianna McNeair Davis, 72, of West 8th Ave., passed on Thursday, February 11, 2016, at Wake Forest Baptist Health-Lexington Medical Center.

The funeral service will be Thursday at 1:30 P.M. at Files Chapel Baptist Church with visitation a half hour before the service. Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery.

Public viewing will be Wednesday from 1:00p.m. -7:00p.m. at Roberts Funeral Service.

She was born June 18, 1943, to Archie McNeair and Easter Gainey McNeair in Davidson County.She was a faithful member of Abiatha Temple. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jimmy Davis; three brothers, Archie, David and Clarence McNeair and four sisters, Barbara M. Wright, Eva M. Green, Betty Clodfelter and Annie Hearst.

She is survived by her three sons, David (Michelle) Smith, Ron McNeair and Leroy (Kim) McNeair; four daughters, Shelia (Richard) Johnson, Sylvia (Michael Sr.) White, Faye (Doug) Peebles and Sharon McNeair; three brothers, Harvey (Juanita) McNeair, Ernest McNeair and Belvin (Ronda) McNeair; three sisters, Madeline "Mattie" (Albert Sr.) McIntosh, Carolyn Conyers and Sandra (Terry) Halcomb; 23 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
