Harold Gray Jones, Sr., 74, was born November 7, 1944 to the late Robert Burke and Eva Irene Jones in Forsyth County, North Carolina.He exchanged this earthly life for life eternal on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.

The Service of Love and Joyous Celebration will be conducted on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. from the Chapel of Roberts Funeral Service in Winston-Salem, North Carolina with family moments of visitation at 12:00 p.m. prior to the Celebration of Life.At other times the family may be contacted at the home of his brother, Luther (Ann) Jones at Eastwood Drive, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.His remains shall lie in state Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Service, Winston-Salem.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters: Sharon Wagner, Cathy McIntosh and Stephanie Jones.

He leaves to cherish precious memories his sons, Harold Lamont Hatth and Harold Gray Jones II (Tierra); a daughter, Yonay Nicole Burton; grandsons: Eric (Quandal), Harold III and Kyree; granddaughters: Erica, Amaya, Jaylyn and Jayda; great-grandsons Jaylen and Quintin; brothers: Richard (Janet) Jones, Luther (Ann) Jones and Terry Jones; sisters, Leona Transou, Darlene (Ephrain) Chandler; a host of nephews and nieces; his fianc and caregiver, Sherry Dube and her daughter Breyana Ceasar.
