Mr. Isaac Edward Hairston, Sr., of Moore Dr., died on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at his residence.

Funeral service will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Good Hope Fire Baptized Holiness Church with family visitation a half hour before the service.

Public viewing will be Saturday from 1:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Service.

He was born February 8, 1958, in Davidson County to Avery Dennis and Erma Jean Bush Hairston. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Alma Allison.

Isaac leaves to cherish his memory, a son, Isaac Hairston, Jr.; a daughter, Shonda Hairston; step daughter, Shameeka Carson; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; five brothers, Wade Hairston, Avery Hairston, Samuel (Josephine) Hairston, James (DeWarren) Hairston and Hebert (Carla) Hairston; two sisters, Deborah Hairston and Charlene Hairston and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
