Jaime DeJesus Ramos, age 37 of Mocksville, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Born on December 23, 1987 in Morazán, El Salvador, Jaime was the son of Maria Ana Ramos and the late Juan Bautista Canales. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.


He attended the public schools of Morazán El Salvador, graduating in 2007 from G.E.G.M.J.A. Jaime enjoyed working with his hands and building beautiful things for people to admire, hence he worked in the construction industry. An aspiring artist, Jaime's passion was drawing and doing various crafts. He was a wizard at anything dealing with computers. In his pastime, Jaime enjoyed listening to music, serving as the local DJ for family events, fishing, caring for his pets, but most of all, loving on his family.

Cherished and fond memories of Jaime will be treasured by his mother, Maria Ana Ramos of Mocksville, North Carolina; two brothers, Marlon (Kaitlyn) Ramos of Mint Hill, North Carolina and Jhonathan (Sirena Reyes) Ramos of Mocksville, North Carolina; four sisters: Cristen Melendez of Columbia, Jenifer (Edwin) Argueta Ramos, Gabriela Guzman Ramos and Elizabeth Guzman Ramos, all of Mocksville, North Carolina; cousins who were like siblings: Carmen Vanessa (Hector Reyes Cruz) Paniagua of Mocksville, North Carolina and José (Maritza Paniagua) Paniagua Ramos of Apex, North Carolina; an aunt, Cresencia Ramos Bonilla of Mocksville, North Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.


Funeral services for Mr. Jaime DeJesus Ramos will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025 from 5:00 PM- 1:00 AM at Roberts Funeral Service, in Mocksville. Rosary service will be held at 10:00 AM at the Roberts Funeral Service Chapel, in Mocksville. Interment will follow immediately at the Rose Cemetery in Mocksville. Roberts Funeral Service is honored to service the Ramos family.
