Jake Lamont Johnson, III, 57, of Los Angeles, California was born on March 7, 1963 to Jake and Jeanette Johnson in Forsyth County, North Carolina.He exchanged his mortal frame for immortality on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Olympia Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

He graduated from Parkland High School and UNCG.During his life he was employed with the County of Los Angeles Department of Probation as a Probation Officer.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jake Johnson, Jr.; brothers: Angelo and Antonio Johnson.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Jeanette Johnson, an aunt, Robin Young and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Public viewing will be Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at Roberts Funeral Service, Winston-Salem Chapel from 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Graveside services celebrating his life will be held privately.In accordance with Covid-19 social distancing protocols, all guests are required to wear a face mask.
