Jeremiah Lee Moore, 19, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
The funeral service will be Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Mount Calvary Holy Church. Burial will follow at Brooks Temple United Methodist Church.
He was born June 28, 2003 in Thomasville, NC to Tony Campbell and LaTisha Moore. He was of the Holiness faith. He graduated from Southwest High School in High Point and was employed at Marshall Furniture.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Daniel L. Moore; grandmother, Annie Lee Campbell; an aunt, Lilian Ingram and an uncle, James Crowder.
He leaves to cherish his memory his parents; four brothers: Isiash Lee Moore, Jadean Lee Moore, Josiah Lee Moore and Christopher Lee Gaddy; six sisters: Latonya L. Campbell, Shaleah L. Wilson, Christina N. Gaddy, Blessing M. Gaddy, Ty'asia E. Wilson and Naveah M. Gaddy; grandparents, Ella Moore and Dary Pegues; six aunts, ten uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends.
