Jeronia Hargrave Jowers, 78, of Carters Grove Rd., passed on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. She was born in Davidson County on September 15, 1938, to Douglas Hargrave and Daphne Wilson Hargrave.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gralon "Big Eye" Jowers; a granddaughter, Yolanda Hairston and her brothers, Waymond Wilson, John Wayne Hargrave and Walter Hargrave.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Lester Hargarve and Douglas Jowers; her daughters: Paula Jowers Fuller, Annie Jowers and Barbara Jowers; three grandchildren and a great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, other cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be Saturday at 2:00 pm at Florida United Holy Church with family visitation at 1:30p.m. Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery.
