Mrs. Jerry Lee Boseman McDaniel, 78, passed away peacefully at her home on July 24, 2025. Jerry was born on December 7, 1946 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospital. Mrs. McDaniel attended the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School System, where she graduated from Paisley High School.

Jerry was a faithful member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness for over 55 years. Before retiring, she worked for the Winston-Salem Urban League. Jerry was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander Boseman, Sr. and Sophia Burriss Boseman and her devoted husband, Mr. Curtis McDaniel.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Gregory Leon James and Rodney Lenard James; two stepchildren, Sonja (Anthony) Carter, Agatha (Nicholas) Comley; grandchildren: Sheldon (Nicole) James, Joshua Jerrod James, Sr. Ethan and Evan Comley; great grandchildren: Joshua Jerrod James, Jr., J'La James, Justice James, Aria Elizabeth James; her brother, Bishop Alexander Boseman, Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday August 9, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, 4259 North Hampton Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
