Jonathan Harold Samuels, Sr., 49 of Millbrook Drive, Winston Salem, North Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Atrium Health-Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. He was born on July 5, 1972 to Julia Samuels in Forsyth County, North Carolina.

Jonathan received his formal education in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Public School System. He worked with United Furniture in the shipping department. He was of the Christian faith.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Julia Samuels.

Those left to cherish his memories are his three children: son, Jonathan "Malik" Samuels, Jr.; daughters, Janae Monique Samuels and Jamorra Samuels; sister, Tamikia Samuels and one grandchild, Jaleh Denise Herrow-Samuels; other family and friends.

A service of reflection will be held at 4:00 P.M. Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Roberts Funeral Service Chapel (Winston-Salem). In every effort to protect our client families, sanitizing, facial coverings and or masks are required for the service.
