Mr. Joseph Gregory Hall, a devoted father and resident of Winston-Salem, North Carolina passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at the age of 45. He is survived by his children, Ana-Elisa Jordan and Joseph "JoeJoe" Hall.
Joseph was born on December 4, 1978 in Vidalia, Georgia to Patricia Spates and Joseph Hall, Sr. He attended Parkland High School and was a class of 1997 graduate. Following graduation, Joseph chose to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Navy, where he served with honor and distinction. His stories of time at sea and the friendships he formed with his shipmates remained some of his most cherished memories. Known for his kindness, humor and loyalty, Joseph touched the lives of all who knew him. After his military service, he built a successful career with Liberty Hardware, where he was employed, bringing the same dedication and camaraderie to his work as he did during his Navy years.
Joseph is survived by his children, Ana-Elisa Jordan, Joseph "JoeJoe" Hall; his mother, Patricia (Barry) Spates and father, Joseph (Sonya) Hall, Sr; his sisters: Lavone Brown (Bryan), Nicole Jacobs (Tyran), Renae Horton (Brandon), and Lakeshia Hall (Javon); as well as a host of beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.
His life will be celebrated 11:00 A.M. Thursday, October 31, 2024 at St. John Baptist Church with visitation at 10:00 A.M. prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Piedmont Memorial Gardens. Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 30. 2024 from 6:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
