Joyce Robertson Swing was born December 2, 1948 in Forsyth County to Jack Robertson and Betty Hick Robertson. She passed away on December 26, 2023 at her residence.

Joyce was a member of Pilgrim Freewill Baptist Church. She retired from Sinclair Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Kenneth P. Swing; two sons, Kenneth C. Swing and Micky D. Swing; two daughters, Shelly Phillips and DeAnn Marlow; ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a 3rd one arriving soon; brother, Tony Peel; a sister, Debbie Yale; and a host of other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
