Juanita
McNeair
December 8, 1947 – March 6, 2026
Elder Juanita Frances McNeair, daughter of the late Robert Baldwin and Ethel Mae C. Baldwin, was born on December 8, 1947 in Randolph County, North Carolina. On Friday, March 6, 2026, God in His infinite wisdom called her from labor to reward at the Hinkle Hospice House.
She was educated in the Randolph County School System and later retired from Lexington Home Brands. Elder McNeair was a faithful and devoted member of New Hope Holiness Worship Center, where she served the Lord with dedication until her health began to decline. Her love for God and His people was evident in her life and service. Through her faithfulness, she was ordained as an Elder by Bishop S. T. Green and continued to walk in her calling with humility and devotion.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey McNeair, Sr.; her three children: Barbara Leak, Stephanie Wagner and Terry McNeair; three sisters: Betty Davis, Pearly Brown and Mildred Wright; and three brothers: Bobby Baldwin, Johnny Wayne Baldwin and Gary Baldwin.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories her four daughters: Tana (Michael) Nelson, Cynthia Baldwin, Bisceglia (Mark) Ellis and Sandra McNeair; her sons: Jeffrey McNeair, Harvey Lee McNeair, Jr. and Charles McNeair; four sisters: Nancy Lowdermilk, Caroline (Willie) Gaines, Patricia Wright and Shirley "Ann" (Gary) Davis; three brothers: Charles Baldwin, Lewis (Beverly) Baldwin and Richard Baldwin; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will forever treasure her memory.
Though our hearts are saddened by her passing, we rejoice in knowing that she has entered into eternal rest. Her life of faith and devotion to God will forever remain a shining example to those who knew and loved her.
"Well done, thy good and faithful servant...enter thou into the joy of thy Lord." Her earthly labor has ended, but her heavenly reward has begun.
The funeral service will be held Saturday at New Hope Holiness Worship Center at 1:00 PM, with family visitation beginning at 12:30 PM. Burial will follow at South Lexington City Cemetery.
