Jy'Isaiah O'Byran Cuthrell, affectionately known as "JackBoy," was born on January 30, 1999, in Davidson County to David Cuthrell and Charsha McIntosh. He departed this life on July 24, 2025.

Jy'Isaiah was a 2018 graduate of Lexington Senior High School. He deeply loved his family and cherished spending time with them. He also enjoyed playing video games and cheering on his favorite NFL team, the Baltimore Ravens.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jessie Cuthrell and Dinah Faye Tillman; great-grandparents, Ellison and Sarah McIntosh; and a cousin, JyAvious DeAndre Littles.

Left to treasure his memory are his loving parents, David Cuthrell and Charsha McIntosh; his beloved daughter, Loyalty Cuthrell; two brothers, David Price and Devin Cuthrell; three sisters, A'Quria Cuthrell, Nazaria Cuthrell, and Aulani Cuthrell; and his grandmother, Sarah "Grandma Sookie" McIntosh.

Also surviving are two uncles, Jesse Cuthrell and Eric (Kimberly) Cuthrell; two aunts, Melinda Cuthrell and Tamika Hoper; his godmother, Shonta' King; and extended family he held close to his heart, including Bobby Wagner, Meredith Worley and family, along with a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
