Your wings were ready but our hearts were not, and until we meet again in God's everlasting embrace, we will honor your memory here on earth.


The world lost a beautiful and beloved mother. Kathy Brown went home to be with our Heavenly Father on April 8, 2022. She was born on March 28, 1953.

Kathy worked and retired from PPG. Anyone who knew her would describe her as tiny but mighty; anything Kathy put her mind to, she achieved. She was a hard worker and always instilled that in her daughter.

Kathy is survived by her brother, Donny "Don;" her husband, Earl; her daughter, Kristi; son-in-law, Jacob and granddaughter Hope, all of Lexington, as well as many nieces and nephews . She was preceded in death by her parents, Everette Brown, Sr. and Dalphen H. Brown and her brother, Danny.

The family will have a private gathering of friends and family in honor of Kathy's memory.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made in Kathy's honor to her granddaughter's college fund.
