Mrs. Larnice Jackson Anderson, 89, of Hankins Dr., passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist-Lexington Medical Center.

She was born June 6, 1933 in Greenville, SC to Will Jackson and Vennie Leverette Jackson. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Samuel Anderson; a son, Byron Anderson and a daughter, Kathy D. Anderson; five sisters: Mayo Jackson, Elizabeth Martin, Louneil Nixon, Annie Ruth Murphy and Addie B. Jackson and six brothers: W.T. Jackson, James Jackson, Otis Jackson, Willie D. Jackson, Lowell Jackson and Rev. Ellis Jackson.

She leaves to cherish her memories three sons: Kenneth Anderson, Bruce Anderson and Russell Anderson; a daughter, Carolyn Mabry; 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Bernice Jackson Barmore; a devoted caregiver, Monya Anderson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be Sunday at Roberts Funeral Service at 2:00pm with family visitation at 1:30pm. Burial will follow at South Lexington City Cemetery.
