Mr. Larry Bruce Young, 70, of the Midway community, died Monday, April 5, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Funeral service will be Tuesday at 1:30pm at Brooks Temple United Methodist Church with family visitation at 1:00pm.Burial will follow in the church cemetery.Public viewing will be Monday from 1:00pm-5:00pm at Roberts Funeral Service.

He was born May 7, 1950 in Davidson County to Percy Lee Young and Lena Mae Lindsay Young.He was a faithful member of Brooks Temple UMC and a member of the usher board and a trustee.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Percy Lee Young and a sister, Willie Mae Pringle.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Barbara Young; a son, Antonio Young; 13 grandchildren; two brothers, Clayton Young and Jerry Young; five sisters: Nancy Pierce, Novella (John) Yokley, Morlena Delapp, Marthina Young and Seista (Leland) Cabble of Winston-Salem and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
