Obituary

Mrs. Louise Ricks Littlejohn, 90, of East 3rd Ave., passed on Sunday, February 14, 2016.

The funeral service will be Saturday at 1:30 P.M. at Files Chapel Baptist Church with visitation a half hour before the service. Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery.

Public viewing will be Friday from 1:00p.m. -7:00p.m. at Roberts Funeral Service.

She was born September 27, 1925, to John Henry and Allie Holmes in Davidson County.She was a faithful member of Files Chapel Baptist Church and when her health allowed, she served on the kitchen committee and was a Sunday school teacher. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Littlejohn; two sons, Larry Ricks and Terry Ricks; a brother, William Ricks; a sister, Johnsie Williams andBurgess and Letha Holmes who raised her.

She is survived by her three sons, Bobby Ricks, Willie Gene (Jessie)Thomas and Dana Ricks; three daughters, Wanda Faye Bozeman, Joanna Threadgill and Roberta (Michael) Lane; a sister, Rosa Goodson; a devoted grandson, Kimson (Brenda) Ricks; 15 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
