Mrs. Lucile Simpson Belin, 77, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, at High Point Regional UNC Health Care.

The funeral service will be Monday at 12:30pm at Files Chapel Baptist Church with family visitation thirty minutes before the service. Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery.

She was born June 9, 1940, in Saint Paul, NC to the late Robert and Blanche Boone Simpson . She retired from the City of Lexington as a custodian and was a member of Eternal Life Ministry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Thomas L. Loppe.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Berlin Belin; two sons, Robert Payne and Henry Payne; two daughters, Angela Payne and Kim (Haywood) Parrish; two step sons, Randy Belin and Lee Belin; 3 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
