Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Madeline French on Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Brian Center Nursing Care facility at the age of 93.
Aunt Madeline was preceded in death by her beloved daughter Ruth Coleman.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Walter Spencer Coleman of Lexington, NC and son, Paul Coleman of Brooklyn, NY; nieces: Vernetta DeVane of Los Angeles, CA, Yvette Holmes Yake (Bill) of Manassas, VA and Klaudia Jackson of Lexington, NC; nephews: Robert Coleman of Dover, DE, Wilbur Keith Holmes of Lexington, NC, Timothy DeVane (Priscilla) of Greensboro, NC; grandsons: Sean, Patrice, Robert and David and great grandchildren.
The family would also like to give a special thanks to the staff at Brian Center Nursing Care and to Curtis and Angela McDuffie for the support and care they provided to Aunt Madeline.
Services will be held on Saturday, February 24th at 2:00PM at Forrest Hill Memorial Park.
