Mrs. Mae Olia Brown Jenkins, 86, of Camden Circle, died on Sunday, March 15, 2020.
In keeping with Governor Cooper's office, a private service will be held.
She was born in Davidson County to Phoenix Brown and Pearl Hairston Brown on December 5, 1933. She worked many years as a CNA and was a member of the Files Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sons, Thomas Brown, Jr. and Jerry Brown and a sister, Emma Lou Brown.
She leaves to cherish her memory, a son, Brittiny Brown; a daughter, Crystal Brown (Marcus) Amos; a brother, Phoenix Brown, Jr.; a sister, Betty Craton; 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
