Malcolm Omar Holloway, 52, passed away on October 25, 2022 at CaroMont Health in Gastonia, NC.

He was born in Davidson County to Margie Holloway and Joel Gilley, Jr. on March 25, 1970. He was employed at Mid-State Tile, GW Smith Lumber Company, City of Salisbury and was a truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves to cherish his memory his two sons, Edward Spencer and Joel Ray Holloway; a daughter, Brenda Spencer; three sisters: Sasha Holloway, Brionna Holloway and Marvena Gilley-Tysinger; two brothers, Brandon Holloway and Marvin Gilley; an aunt, Betty Holloway; an uncle, Eugene Huling and a host of other family and friends.

Inurnment will be Friday at 1:00pm at South Lexington City Cemetery.
