Mrs. Marcella "Peggy" Flowers, 70, of Liberty Dr. died Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at her residence.

She was born in Davidson County to Douglas Henry and Hattie Eller Henry on March 15, 1948. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Jimmy Jevon Flowers and her siblings: Olen Henry, Diane, Charlie, Carl Lee, Michael, Wanda, Lena and Margaret.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 53 years, L.C. Flowers, Sr.; two sons, L.C. (Lisa) Flowers, Jr. and Alexander O'neal Flowers; two siblings, Willie Ann (Bobby, Sr.) Poole and Roger (Doris) Henry; 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The funeral service will be Sunday at Friendship Baptist Church at 2:30pm with family visitation at 2:00pm.Burial will follow at Righteous Church of God Cemetery.
