Obituary
Mrs. Mary Bettie Staplefoote Hoover, 91, died Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at Wake Forest Baptist Health-Lexington Medical Center.
Funeral service will be Thursday at Yadkin Star Baptist Church at 2:00pm with family visitation at 1:30pm. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
She was born in Davidson County to Arthur Raymond Staplefoote and MeEtta M. Hairston Staplefoote.She retired from Burlington House Furniture. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers: Arthur R. Staplefoote, Jr., Ray Staplefoote and Noah W. Staplesfoote.
She leaves to cherish her memory a brother, Paul (Clarine) Staplefoote and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
